Director CERAD, Prof. Dr. Waqar Mahmood and Senior Manager Research from CERAD, Imran Ali Shah visited Malaysia to sign an MOU among three parties (Solar Energy Research Institute, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, CERAD UET Lahore and Shamsi Baba Electricity & Food Systems USA). The main objective was to promote collaboration for R&D activities in relevant domains and especially Renewable Energy projects. It was decided that innovative ideas, development and exchange of information for better solutions shall be executed on mutual agreed terms. The optimal solutions to bridge the gap in local market and industry will be targeted in terms of quality, cost and local production to build Pakistani and Malaysian native solar industries.
